My Story

I built a gold-medal physique in 100 days. From a desk job.

In 2023, working full-time as a Solution Architect on enterprise consulting projects, I decided to compete. Not someday. In 100 days.

No 5am sessions. No giving up my career. No abandoning my food. I built a stage-ready physique around a full corporate calendar — and won gold at two national competitions.

This is the story of how I did it, and why any disciplined Indian professional abroad can do the same.
